Payment Terms

We begin furniture production after receiving a prepayment.

The prepayment amount is agreed individually and communicated by the manager during order confirmation. 

Payment methods:

  • bank transfer (payment via invoice);
  • credit/debit card;
  • installment payment.

The remaining balance is paid before shipment or upon delivery (by agreement).

Installment Payment

For your convenience, installment plans of up to 12 months are available via Monobank and PrivatBank.

Terms:

  • period — up to 12 months;
  • processed online or via a manager;
  • an active bank card and available credit limit are required.

The decision to approve installment payments is made by the bank.

Production & Delivery Time

  • standard sizes — up to 14 calendar days;
  • custom sizes — up to 21 calendar days.

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on production workload and logistics.

Delivery in Kyiv:

  • free of charge.

Delivery across Ukraine:

  • carried out by Nova Poshta according to carrier rates;
  • shipping cost is paid by the customer upon receipt.

Additional information:

  • all items are inspected before shipment;
  • a tracking number (TTN) is provided after dispatch.

Carrying to the Floor

The cost of unloading and carrying items upstairs is calculated by the manager during order processing.

The price depends on:

  • product dimensions (assembled or disassembled);
  • availability and size of the elevator (freight or passenger);
  • distance from parking area to building entrance.

If unloading/carrying is not ordered, the driver is only responsible for opening the vehicle and demonstrating the integrity of the packaging. In this case, unloading and carrying are performed by the customer.

Rates

Carrying rates are the same as delivery rates within Kyiv.

Carrying furniture into a private house to the ground floor is charged as manual carrying per item.

Carrying to the 2nd floor and above is considered manual carrying.

Please inform in advance if carrying service is required, as a vehicle without movers may be dispatched.

 

Furniture Assembly

Assembly and/or installation services are priced depending on complexity and cost approximately 12% of the product value (but not less than 500 UAH).

Please confirm the exact assembly cost with the seller by phone.

Assembly service can be paid:

  • during order placement;
  • or upon delivery.

If assembly is required outside the city, an additional fee applies and is calculated individually.

Please also confirm in advance whether assembly can be performed immediately after delivery.
