Comprehensive Solution for the Hotel and Restaurant Business (Truskavets)

We implemented a large-scale project for a single client, ensuring comfort and aesthetics across two locations with different purposes.

  • Vavel Restaurant: A series of sofas manufactured to individual dimensions. The laconic design is combined with wear-resistant upholstery that perfectly suits the establishment's atmosphere.
  • Silver Apart Hotel: Modern beds with upholstered headboards were created for the guest rooms. The main focus was on ergonomics and structural reliability for the comfortable rest of the guests.

This project is an example of how a unified style and professional execution can bring different spaces together into a harmonious ensemble.

Custom Project. Sofas with Pouf in Oversized Format

Execution of an order according to individual parameters, where the main request was exceptional seating softness, comfort, and reliability of internal materials.

Project Specification:

  • Construction: Reinforced frame made of multi-layer plywood and calibrated timber. The model is made without a storage niche, allowing for maximum solidity of form.
  • Comfort: A combination of Pocket Spring independent spring units (equivalent to orthopedic mattresses) and high-elasticity PU foam of increased density (EL 2842).
  • Ergonomics: This model does not have a transformation mechanism. This was a deliberate decision, as the entire seat height is used to achieve maximum elasticity and comfort, which cannot be provided in folding versions.
  • Details: Voluminous pillows with hypoallergenic artificial swan down create a soft "sinking-in" effect.

The project demonstrates the synergy of large dimensions and premium filling, designed for long-term daily use.

Custom Project. Sofa Set in Shadow Fabric

Execution of an order with an emphasis on maximum softness and seating comfort.

Project Details:

▪ Composition: Two sofas with lengths of 3600 mm and 2600 mm.

▪ Construction: Models are made without a transformation mechanism. This allowed the entire seat height to be used for filling to achieve a "cloud effect" — exceptional softness and elasticity.

▪ Materials: Shadow 03 fabric (Divotex) was used for the upholstery.

The project was implemented according to the client's individual parameters.

This developed and manufactured model combines refined forms with thoughtful ergonomics. The armchairs are designed as a comfortable and stylish accent that harmoniously complements a modern interior.

Project Characteristics:

▪ Overall Size: 830×800 mm — compact and comfortable seating.

▪ Construction: Reliable frame made of multi-layer birch plywood, coniferous wood timber, and chipboard elements.

▪ Support Legs: Natural wood, adding a premium look and stability to the product.

The combination of materials and selected proportions ensures not only an elegant silhouette but also daily comfort in use.

A project where the central element is complex geometry and attention to detail. Graphic lines are combined with engineering practicality.

Project Specification:

▪ Design: Wall panel with an asymmetrical design, complemented by refined metal decor. Every line is calibrated to achieve perfect visual precision.

▪ Base: Orthopedic slatted frame, ensuring proper mattress support and a long service life.

▪ Functionality: The model is equipped with a reliable lifting mechanism. The entire space under the sleeping area is occupied by spacious boxes for storing linens and belongings.

▪ Execution: Clean geometry of seams and material joints confirm the high level of production craftsmanship.

A solution that combines original aesthetics with a thoughtful storage system.

Corner Sofa with Graphic Accent (Custom Project)

A striking example of combining refined decor with everyday functionality. The project is built on the play of contrasts and precision of lines.

Characteristics and Features:

▪ Design: Vivid contrast of deep "espresso" velour and a snow-white base. The graphic nature of the model is emphasized by a thin metal molding running along the lower part of the sofa.

▪ Materials: Velour with the highest wear-resistance ratings was chosen for the upholstery, guaranteeing the long-term preservation of its original appearance under intensive use.

▪ Functionality: The model is equipped with a "Dolphin" transformation mechanism, which creates a spacious sleeping area measuring 1300×2250 mm.

▪ Storage: A spacious linen box is provided in the corner part of the sofa.

The sofa looks impressively stylish thanks to the metal details, which add completeness and modern gloss to the product.

Comprehensive Restaurant Furnishing. 7-Meter Monolithic Form

Execution of a large-scale project for a premium location. The main challenge was to create a continuous sofa line 7 meters long, integrated into the venue's architecture.

Execution Details:

▪ Scale: Total length of the construction is 7000 mm. The project required precise calculations for perfect segment joining.

▪ Materials: Upholstery in premium velour with a high wear-resistance cycle, designed for intensive commercial loads (HoReCa).

▪ Decor: Laconic gold finish that emphasizes the product's geometry and correlates with other elements of the restaurant's interior.

▪ Result: Creation of a functional zone that meets the location's status and ensures maximum guest comfort.
