Return Policy

Returns and exchanges are handled in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Consumer Rights.”

1. Returns of Goods of Acceptable Quality

The buyer has the right to return or exchange goods of acceptable quality within 14 calendar days of receipt if:

  • the goods have not been used;
  • the goods retain their marketable appearance, consumer properties, packaging, and labels;
  • a document confirming the purchase is available.

Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the seller receives the goods.

2. Non-returnable goods

According to the law, the following are non-returnable:

  • furniture made to individual order (non-standard sizes, colors, configurations);
  • goods that have been used or have lost their marketable appearance.

3. Return of goods of unsatisfactory quality

If a manufacturing defect is discovered, the buyer has the right to:

  • have the defects repaired free of charge;
  • exchange the goods;
  • or receive a refund.

In this case, the seller covers the shipping costs.

4. Refunds

Refunds are issued via the same payment method used for the purchase, or as agreed upon by the parties.

5. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • When returning goods of satisfactory quality, the buyer covers the shipping costs.
  • In the event of a defect, the seller covers the costs.
