Furniture Warranty

 

The warranty applies to all products.

You may exercise your right to warranty service for all products purchased in our store within 18 months. To do so, you need to provide the store representative with:

  • the payment receipt;
  • the product passport.

 

Polyatskiy store cooperates only with those furniture and mattress manufacturers that guarantee proper product quality and service support throughout the entire warranty period.

The warranty does not cover defects caused by:

  • transport damage in the event of self-delivery of the product;
  • damage caused during self-assembly or installation;
  • violation of operating instructions or improper use of the product;
  • contamination;
  • fabric tearing and damage caused by loads not предусмотрені by the standards and regulatory legal acts of Ukraine.

 

Product Exchange and Return

 

According to the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection,” you may return or exchange a product of proper quality within 14 days from the date of purchase if:

the product has not been used and the item has not been assembled or installed;
the product’s marketable condition, consumer properties, seals, tags, packaging, and product passport have been preserved.


Mattress Warranty
